Please keep in mind that many of the manufacturers whose products we stock (including Amaco, Kemper, and Skutt) modify their pricing on January first of each year. Our maximum liability is limited to the replacement of our materials shown to be defective. To receive discounts do the following:
1. Add applicable products to your cart.
2. Follow the link to View or edit your cart or click the link at the top of the page to View Cart.
3. On the bottom left corner of your cart there is an empty box labeled Coupon Code.
4. Enter the advertised coupon code and click on Go.
5. The discount will appear below the subtotal in your cart.

We will only process purchase orders for preexisting accounts. To set up an institutional account call 1-800-443-6434. When ordering by purchase number, please enter the PO#, additional helpful information and instructions in the Order Instructions/Comments section during checkout. Although we are happy to process orders online with a PO#, we also accept faxed orders. Purchase orders can be faxed to 1-406-442-6437.
For your convenience, we offer an In-Store Pick-Up option which you can select in the shipping portion of checkout. We ask that you place your online order by 12 noon (MST) the day prior to pick up. For example, if you plan to pick up an order on Saturday, place your order by noon on Friday to ensure that it is ready when you arrive. Once gathered, you will receive an email indicating that your order is Awaiting Pick Up. Keep in mind that the Clay Business is open the following hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm MST Saturday 9am-1pm MST Sunday Closed
